Meredith Mueller graduated with a BS from the University of Wisconsin.  She started her career In Albuquerque doing outpatient and acute care for two and a half year before she left to spend the year in Mexico learning Spanish.  Upon returning home she did several traveling physical therapy assignments before settling down in Vail in 2003. 

During her time in Vail she has had the opportunity to work with many of the Valley’s physicians and patients needing physical therapy.  She considers herself a generalist with a special interest in patients with spine related disorders.  Meredith takes an interest in patients with spine related disorders, persistent pain and patients with knee and shoulder disorders.  She likes to keep her repertoire broad as this helps her to consider the big picture, the entire body, when treating her patients. 

Meredith completed her Pilates certification in SantaFe in 2006-2007 and transitional DPT at Regis in 2010-2011.  She holds certifications in Sports Specialization and dry needling and has completed courses in Selective Functional Movement Assessment and addressing neurophysiology and pain by the Neuro Orthopedic Institute.

In her spare time Meredith finds herself spending time with her son and husband and when she can on her skis or mountain bike.  Her passion for the outdoors and her family as well as her compassion, expertise and experience in collaborating with people in need of musculoskeletal care make her a perfect fit for the Vail Valley.  She is looking forward to being able to serve the people who live in Vail for many more years to come!



EDUCATION: Gentian received her Master's from Springfield College in Massachusetts in 2001 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2009 from the Massachusetts General Hospital Institute of Health Professions.

SPECIALIZATION: She holds Certifications in orthopedics, strength and conditioning, and dry needling. Throughout her career, Gentian has worked with recreational, high school, college, and professional athletes and enjoys treating patients from all walks of life helping people achieve their goals.

Personal interests include skiing, mountain biking, and stand up paddle-boarding.  Running whitewater is her favorite pastime, she never tires of the challenge and the beauty of the river.

EDUCATION: Sean is a native of Colorado and received his Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Exercise Science concentration Sports Medicine at Colorado State University in 2012. He then went on to receive his Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado Denver in 2015.

He has spent his full professional career treating in an outpatient orthopedic setting initially starting in Arizona and then moving back to Colorado. He enjoys treating a variety of different ailments but has a passion for treating sacroiliac and low back pain after suffering from low back pain which eventually required surgery. He feels the best results are obtained from a heavy manual approach followed by specific exercises to reinforce the manual he has performed.

SPECIALIZATION: Sean is Level 2 Medical Titleist Performance Institute Certified (TPI Certified) and enjoys working with the golf population to help return them to pain free golf. He likes learning new things in regards to Physical Therapy and has taken many courses to further his ability to return his patients to functional activities as quickly as possible.

In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, weight training, hiking and traveling as much as he can.
